Ces pièces et improvisations sont des photographies, des visions pianistiques d'une période et de deux lieux de vie. Elles sont aussi l’un des reflets de mon ressenti de ces deux dernières années.
Les deux premiers titres ont été composés à Montréal, au cœur de l'hiver 2015, dans un univers blanc et emprunt d'une grande poésie.
Les trois autres pièces furent écrites fin 2015 et début 2016 après mon retour en France, dans un environnement tout aussi propice à la création.
Les 3 improvisations spontanées ont été enregistrées en une prise au studio pendant la séance photo (si vous tendez l'oreille, vous entendrez certains clicks de déclencheur). Elles n'étaient pas prévues sur l'album, démontrant qu'un tel projet est une aventure à vivre jusqu'au bout.

Que cela soit après avoir vu une série, lors de courses au supermarché, ou en regardant la neige tomber, ces pièces ont toutes une histoire et leur propre raison d'être. J'espère que vous y verrez également vos images et vos histoires en découvrant ces pièces.


This pieces and improvisations are pianistic visions of a periode and life in two places. They are one reflection of my feelings this two last years.
The first two titles were composed in Montreal, during winter 2015, in a white and poetic environment.
The three other compositions have been written after i came back in France.
Three spontaneous improvisations have been recorded (one shot) during the shooting session (you can hear clicks from the camera sometimes). They were not supposed to be on this album, but a musical project is an adventure till the end of the process…

After watching a serie, during groceries or when the snow is falling, every piece has its own story.
I hope you'll see your own images and stories by listening the music.
